But, in general, we are talking about high-quality content, e-commerce product pages with a lot of information - where usually the user would require more time to read those informations, in these cases yes... it would not make sense to have a short dwell time. is when you have two or more page targeting the same exact keyword phrase It's detrimental to your seo performane bacause it forces google to decide which page is best for that keyword and our job to direct google it's going to compete with each other, Kinda like a bunch of kind wantig to be first in line
