it can't crawl around, but it's a very different way of recursiveness that can get better predictions based on previous prompts. And this is big where old models always had to re-train with new data plus current data to "learn" something new.

I'm skeptical to all of these " AI " claims because they feel over promising. Obviously these are large companies putting in 110 percent into making software so there should be great results but some of these seem like marketing gimmicks over selling the achievement. Language compatibility is so basic of a function I would be shocked if it wasn't someones job to implement this in bard manually. Are you telling me they didn't already leverage existing technology like Google translate into bard when even Google assistant can do it -for example I remember when Adobe came out with content aware delete/fill, if that tech came out today it would be marketed as AI. I'm not sure but I imagine the process to make it would have to be similar if it was made today. I know NVIDIA and AMD use the same upscaling method but NVIDIA used AI/Machine learning and ended up with slightly better results but if the results are similar it feels to me as though perhaps it does not contribute as much to the process as we give it credit for

Use it yourself and you will understand how plausible every one of those ai claims are. I’m a 3rd year ComSci major and gpt helps me build websites and apps everyday. I picked up a habit of googling 1000000 things every time I code and since I started using chatgpt as a literal assistant I found myself instinctively going to google with a prompt and halfway through I stop myself and go straight to chatgpt because I get the exact solution I’d probably spend about 5 or so pages on google trying to find. And it does so in such a natural way that even if it makes a mistake or misunderstood you can simply correct it as you would a human who may have misunderstood you. And that’s just gpt3.5, 4 is much more reliable and eerily smart. 5 is rumored to be released before years end and considering the +100mil first week users supplying so much data to it directly, LLMs are no clickbait.

If you lose your job, then a lot of people will too. That isn't a problem you will only have but the rest of the world too. Unless the government restricts or entirely makes a new way of how we run society, every single being would be affected by AI assuming the vision and promises of AI has been achieved.
