I had tredmil walk of 4.5 kms . I started the activity timer on both the apps simultaneously. On Samsung health it recorded accurately that i had approx 4.5-4.6 kms of walk and 6500 steps. While on Google fit it displayed 2.5 kms tredmil walk . And 5000 steps. I find samsung health more accurate than Google fit.

I find that the distance tracking is more accurate in Samsung health vs google fit I've used both apps on my android device. This seems odd to me since google literally created google maps you think they'd be better than Samsung at something like tracking distance for workouts...

Good video thank you. Samsung made recent changes to their health app that I do not like and I was looking for a health app that can track heart rate, steps and other data in real time. like Samsungs app.

I made 22 steps on google fit it counted almost 3 times more vs Samsung health counted only 3 extra steps 25 steps in the end

What do you think in hilly station ? Calories are more I think 🤔, and area in km are sometimes more in reality but both apps show less, is that so ?

Well,,, I think Samsung Health is a bit more advanced in calculating uphills, and I used to use the app while hiking and it used to show me the incline information.
