@@JoeCamachoEdTechSame issue here, I need way more qty options. Seems to be no way to do this in Google Forms. The "short answer" idea works but with a handful of different shirts quickly makes the form massive and clunky. It's really too bad the checkbox grid can't be free-form text.

I am trying to figure out the best way to add a color option for shirts also. Would you just add another checkbox grid?Also I have different sections in my form, how do I get the different sections to show up on the link? Its only showing the first one.

Hey Joe, I need to put three things into the Grid thingy like Type, Size, and QTY - is there a way I can do that as one type may have 6 sizes and people may want 3 of one size of one type and so on.

For some reason when I create my rows & columns the sizes are not in ORDER (youth small, youth medium etc etc.) Is there a specific way to organize it so it's in that ORDER from top to bottom in the row order.

i'm pretty sure you just add another question. so the more options you want to offer to people you would have to add each option as a question as he did in the size question. instead of putting s, m, l, xl, xxl as your options you would put colors as your options. i hope that make sense and i hope thats what you were asking. maybe Joe Camacho can clarify what i'm trying to say.
