"Free Order" - Payable Forms Troubleshooting Money Formats

If your Payable Google form is telling your customers that their order is free, when you were expecting them to need to have an amount to pay... Please follow along with the steps in this video to help do some troubleshooting to get the money amounts in the right format.

Hi, this might work, I tried it in Testing Mode. After changing Payment Settings in Change currency to USD, I click Auto-Configure Form and Sheet again in Getting Started. Thank you very much.

I have a form for an event and when someone registered for the event it calculated for way more then it should have. How do i fix that?

Make sure you don’t have additional numbers in your answers. Make sure they follow the sample format in “Item Label - $20” - Also make sure you don’t put money amounts in your question titles.
