Awwww! Thank you so much! My family always told me I speak too fast (in Spanish) but I've worked on it and I think I've managed to slow it down a bit. Since English is my second language it's a bit harder for me to speak fast. Thank you so much for your kind comments! You made my day!

Hi Rosa, I have shadowed other interpreters. The caption is soo helpful when clients speak more than you can remember. He used it as his notes not as verbatim. Yes use all tools available

I already use the maps hack because for me addresses are very difficult to get for the same reasons you mentioned. I will try the target language one as it makes so much sense. I won’t be able to use the caption hack as company’s computer won’t allow it, but it actually sounds like a great advise. I love what you do here :)

Be careful, my husband told me that if you add that chrome extension it will also hear and record what you say in your environment not just over the calls. Risky for privacy, not worth it. It seemed like a good idea, but like me husband said we are equipped with our own note taking skills and out interpreting skills to do this guys. I appreciate the tips though.
