There should be a Tensor G2+ for the Fold, maybe one with same core design but smaller and more efficient lithography - possibly higher frequency - or faster memory, things that could benefit a thin device with basically 3 screens.

I hope the home control is improving, it's still behind Apple in that regard. In terms of controlling smart devices and setting them up with NFC tags specifically.

With the gmail help me write, I see a near future where we use ai to write our request. And then the airline uses ai to read it, evaluate if you get one or not, and then send a response, all automatically. Probably actually issue the refund using ai that a human may or may not need to approve with a click. At that point though, why even communicate with words, when the two ai could probably work this all out without clunky human language, based on your desired result and the companies policies alone.

Have you become more stupid having computers and Internet? Have your grandparents become more stupid because they used calculators? It's very typical for people to think that the next generations are more stupid. Yet it always turns out to be quite the opposite.

I think that people can benefit from AI in order to learn, rather than to have it do everything for you. I've already used ChatGPT to teach myself how to do a few things I wasn't able to easily google, and it made it very easy. The ability to ask it follow up questions or ask it to explain it in a more basic manner is also a big plus. Whether or not future generations will be dumbed down by AI depends entirely on how the AI is regulated, used by the masses and how schools will use AI to teach students (if at all, considering education system's track record of being completely out of date on modern technology lol). Khan Academy I believe already uses AI for their material, and from what I can see, they don't allow the AI to straight up tell you the answer, it's designed to be there to help you and give you hints or assist you if you are having a lot of trouble, but it will not give you the answer to the problem in question at all.
