Hey, Mark … just a thought: Could you get away with leaving a “positive” review of a poorly made product, but showing images of the poor quality? You wouldn’t SAY (write) anything negative. Just state the positives accurately, like “these shirts were delivered on time, the colors were correct, and the prices charged were as stated in the bid.” But the photos of the poorly made item should make the sarcasm of your positive review apparent. That way you would be warning people about bad businesses, but without giving them any “ammunition” to use against you in court. If they accuse you of being sarcastic, your answer would always be, “Was I?”

I got a new 3 piece suit made in April. It took 5 visits and 2 weeks for them to make it. I went to collect it the day before I flew home and the trousers weren't ready. The jacket was the wrong colour of lining and the shirts were too small. They said come back the day I was flying and it would be ready. I went back, and it was all packaged up. I flew home and opened the suit carrier. There were no bloody trousers in it. It cost me 1100 baht to get the trousers posted to Scotland. I so much wanted to write a crappy review, but I am in Thailand so often and will be moving here I a couple of years. It is not worth the hassle posting a review, but I tell everyone by word of mouth not to go there. If I can make time in December, I might fly down to Phuket and buy a shirt and a beer for you. Western Foreigners in Thailand = Financial Target. It is embedded in the culture. The two tiered entrance fees, for national parks, the water market taxis etc.. on and on ..555 .. Just The Way That It Is..

Actually I will say this much I don't mind the two tiered entrance to the natural Parks because I think that the local people should be allowed to go for free even back in Canada I think whatever province you live in if there's a park there you should be allowed to go to it for free... I booked a hotel in Pattaya based on reviews and got there and it did not have wifi and the staff did not seem concerned about this problem. So I checked out in the first hour. I smiled and told them NO WIFI NO stay... I smiled Thanked them and left. I did not leave a bad review. I just took my medicine and went to another hotel.

I look at it you are in a poor country with a different culture what do you expect it's not like Dubai or Monte Carlo people who complain about everything have picked the wrong country to go to.
