Answer to the question: The characters that are used in Open Location Codes were chosen by computing all possible 20 character combinations from 0-9A-Z and scoring them on how well they spell 10,000 words from over 30 languages. This was to avoid, as far as possible, Open Location Codes being generated that included recognisable words. Probably because had there been vowels, it could have formed words and Google probably didn't want to create another algorithm just to remove any cuss words? Just like how KZbin video's codes don't form any sensible words, they are always random letters.

Certain characters in alphabet creates confusion with numbers upon reading them such as I and 1, O and 0. The same reason these alphabets are skipped in RTO registration plate numbering. This is one of the multiple reasons which I am not fully aware of.

Utsav Mangla latitude and Longitude ka intersection has a bigger area so...exact location is difficult to achieve

Antariksh Ray I searched and found that a 5 decimal places Latitude and Longitude (i.e. 12 digits) will give accurate location of 1 metre! So: 11 Digit Google Plus Code (including the "+") accuracy is 9m² while 12 digit plain old Latitude and Longitude accuracy is 1m²

But that isn't featured by google, google maps also shows latitudes and longitudes but this "plus code" is it's own new feature to simplify the mapping of planet earth whereas it is really difficult with lat and long

Its because people should not confuse code with words in english Use of vowels would give a pronunciation to the code like they would be a place with code equalizers which would be confusing

Ny guess is this: Since the whole Earth is covered huge amount of codes has to be generated, so it's almost certain that using a e i o u would make some weird words. (Cuss, copyrighted names et.) Which any company would like to avoid. Also I think you should have talked about longitude and latitude, since they provide quite the same feature
