Hi! I encountered a problem with my google home while installing my google nest main router. It says "Problem connecting to cloud" . Itried installing and reinstalling the app, checked the bluetooth. The problem is still there. Just wondering maybe you have a solution on how to fix the "problem connecting to cloud"

Hi Ronald, no I have not encountered this problem. I would contact Google support for that one. Before you do, it would be best if you could test your mesh router with a different modem if possible. Good luck and thanks for watching!

Hi Mario, try to do the manual setup like I show in the video. Then try to reset your router. If this fails, you will need to contact Google support. Good luck!

Everything goes well till after ask for if you can hear the sound. Then say that can't connect to the wifi

Just to let you know that the restore to factory was the solution. I did both and now all good. Thanks for the info 👍

@@SuperdanTech I got the same issue Mario had, but in my case the factory reset does not work. I reset the access point weeks ago, after the latest update came up, and I was never able of connecting it back. Do you have any idea why?.
