Still, I think Android phones are typically built to last 2 or at most 3 years before being replaced. I'm gonna go for the A51, since it's over $100-200 cheaper than the Pixel where I live, I like the OneUI aesthetic and some of the features like quick-sharing etc would work well for me because that's what a lot of my friends have. Edit: And I really love taking good photos and videos and I want that 4-lens flexibility. Including the macro one. Pictures of plants and flowers up close are some of my favourites. Edit 2: And I'm not sure why but I prefer the look of the A51's photos in the end.

The pixel 4a screen looks better to me by far. At the beginning i thought it was because the A51 closest to the screen which gave it that sord of white-ish tint to the display, but then when he moved the pixel closest to the camera, the pixel screen still looked the same and the A51 still had that white-ish tint to the display. I've had the pixel 4a for almost a month now and I love it.

@pangiospp 100% being honest here, no battery issues at all, it also charges really fast, and battery life is long lasting. I've gone without charging the whole day and I still had battery life left. No lagging as well, I remember seeing those comments as well but I haven't had any issues at all. I recommend this phone 100% even the camer quality is great, only issue with Android cameras is that apps lower the quality like tiktok videos quality is not the same as how clear the phone camera app quality is. But again its not horrible either

Since I'm over Samsung and their phones. It was easy to choose the Pixel 4a. I have an s9, and every photo it says it's not good. Every photo? I have wanted to try the Pixel for the camera and battery. I forgot about the display. I am waiting for the Pixel 5, and will see then. P5 will be a 6.67 big phone. The 4a at 5.8 is the perfect size. Shopping for phone should be easier, it took months to narrow it down.

I have been on the 3a for a year now and it is still an excellent performing phone . It's the only Android phone i have used for this long. The 4a looks good with the 6 gigs and higher storage. I like taking pictures so it would make more sense to switch up to the 4a I guess.

I've always said this, if you want to experience Android and Google at its best you have to get a pixel device. I started when the nexus phones where out. Reason is because you get to experience the true Android since it is stock. If you get anything else other than a Google line up, you will be getting all the bloatware that samsung add to it, along with other manufacturer. That is the reason why ppl get irritated when your phone becomes laggy, and I mean super laggy. Just look at the Samsung and how laggy it was now. Always go stock Android and you will experience smoothness and reliability just how you feel like an iPhone. I've never used a Samsung and I never will. So many adds and they just make money off you from all that unwanted useless bloatware. And plus, with pixels you will get the latest Android before anyone else. Just days or a couple of weeks after. Not years after lol.

I'm on my Samsung Galaxy A51 right now. I still prefer Samsung Galaxy A51 because how thin the bezels are, on the around side of the phone. Samsung Galaxy A52: bezel-less full size screen, pop-up camera, 5000mha battery. AND! AWESOME AFFORDABLE price.

in terms of Screen size, the Pixel 4A should be compared with the Samsung A41, with 6.1" screen or A40 at 5.9" screen. or compared with the Samsung Galaxy S10e.

I really do prefer the 4a. I had a s8 plus and one thing that didn't feel so comfortable was how big it was.. Everything else was perfect. Until It broke on me and I had to get another phone from Verizon.. The a10e.. (which I'll never do again. Since the budget phones they offer in the store have sub-par cameras.. which is one of the only things I care about in a phone, since I take a lot of pictures) Next time that I upgrade, I'm definitely going to Google pixel. It's something different, the camera is overall better because of the software/processor, the size feels more comfortable in the hand, the display still has amazing colors, Google is it's own different company, and lastly, the optimization/processing is just.. Better... So, the Pixel 4a is miles ahead of the Galaxy.. TL;DR- The pixel 4a is what I'd prefer over the galaxy a51..
