Google nailed it here, I hope the tensor g3 won't over heat when doing heavy task because it is made by Samsung 4nm fabrication just as the one they used in the snapdragon 8 gen 1 that cause the chipset to overheat when playing games and for the 7 years upgrade it is very good in my opinion because some people may sell their device after device after using for like 2 years or more and another person may buy the fairly used phone and use it and still continue to receive the updates and use the new features released and the device will have a long resale value just like iPhones
