Hi! Important: This feature depends on your call bandwidth and may not be available for all calls. Open your phone’s Settings app. Tap Sound & vibration and then Clear Calling. Turn Use Clear Calling on or off. let me know if that works!

These are alot better than any of apples headphones just got a feature drop and these have got even better they detect when you are talking and go off ANC into transparency mode and when I stop go back to ANC

Apple has Conservation Mode now and even the Galaxy Buds Pro Gen 1 had a conversation detection mode years ago. Curious how execution and experience varies between all of them.

What is the material of the charging contact points on the pixel buds? As in the ones ON the buds itself, not in the case. Cos if its zinc then the pixel buds may be a hard pass for me since I have allergic reactions to that

I don’t think it’s zinc. I checked around forums and while google does not list the exact metal type on the charging contact of the earbud, the most common metals for earbuds are copper, nickel and gold.

I personally don’t like Spatial Audio on any device. It sounds like they apply an audio filter to music, making it sound different from the source. I try to avoid talking about it in videos, other than calling it a gimmick. But some people may like it, which is okay. This exert from ChatGPT on Spatial Audio is interesting. “The spatial audio effect is achieved by applying directional audio filters and using a technique called binaural rendering. Binaural rendering simulates how sounds reach each ear in a three-dimensional space, recreating a sense of depth and location. This creates the perception that sounds are coming from different directions and distances, enhancing the overall immersive experience. In addition to the sensors, Spatial Audio relies on the powerful processing capabilities of Apple's devices to analyze and render the audio in real time. It's worth noting that Spatial Audio is specifically designed for use with certain Apple devices, such as iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and is compatible with specific content encoded with spatial audio metadata. While Spatial Audio can enhance the listening experience for many songs, it is specifically optimized for content that has been encoded with spatial audio metadata.
