I'm using buds pro from Samsung, good thing is IPX7, Dolby atmos and Samsung codec, but I also feel like the need of Buds pro from Google, due to Assistant, Cool case, and hopefully better ANC, plus used a Pixel 6 before so liked the UI overall of Google generally. My doubt is should I upgrade to this or wait until Samsung releasing buds pro 2, maybe next month or by year end ?

My knees appreciate the elliptical more than a treadmill, but I was seriously surprised that I haven't had any issue yet with them slipping. Today was extra drippy, too. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I've used em on a treadmill yesterday for a while. No problems with getting lose (though it wasn't the highest intensity workout). It's weird because it feels like they should be less secure, but they're really stuck in there pretty damn good and the pressure keeps em in.

How does the ANC compare to Beats Fit Pro? I got a pair of Fit Pros a couple months back when I had an iPhone but I have since switched to android and now they are annoyingly hard to use. I absolutely love the ANC, though.

I have Pixel A Series buds which I love. But I want noise cancellation and the hardest decision is to go with the Pixel Buds Pro or the Air Pod Pro. I use both the Pixel 6 (my main line) and iPhone 13 so this will be tough lol.

What's the latency like? I have the A-series buds. They're great, but they're almost unable for gaming due to the fact that there's a good half of full second audio delay.

I might have considered these but it took Google too long to get a pair of Pixel Buds that have ANC so I got Sony WF-1000XM4 earbuds. According to the written review the reviewer got what Google claims for battery life. That must be a first. I've used several pairs of wireless headphones (earbuds and over the ear) and I've never found the real battery life to be even close to what is claimed. If the Pixel Buds Pro really manage to do that I'm impressed. It's also nice that that annoying mulitpoint "feature" can be disabled.

After using multipoint I don't understand why anyone would want that. Fortunately it can be turned off on the Pixel Buds Pro. My Bose QC35 have multipoint and it can't be turned off. I have to make sure I turn off Bluetooth on my phone when using the headphones with my laptop during work.

What does "sound good" mean? lol. Don't need to pull out any EQ graphs or anything, but a subjective comparison to some existing popular buds wouldve been very helpful in that regard to what is more bass-heavy, clearer, dull sounding, etc.

@@PhilNickinson Think of your ear canal as a funnel. The cone part is where the pinna bend into a 'hole'. It's the opening of the ear canal. The shaft of the funnel is where the bending ends and the canal definitely begins. Some earbuds / ear phones emit sound at the edge of the cone. They hang at the lip of the cone barely enter the funnel at all. These are like Philips ActionFit sports headphones. Some nestle into the cone of the funnel and a bit into the shaft. Some are definitely in the shaft like some Sennheiser earphones/earbuds do. Lots of people are picky about this. Your review is pretty good, but it's better to ask for clarification than to be a smart ass. That ruins it for me.

I don't know why people are so gung ho about airpod pros bcuz the sound is really mediocre, yeah they're ok for phone calls bcuz they're more focused on CLARITY while the bass definitely lacks and I'm sure these pixel buds pro are miles better on that dept... I'm still bummed playing 250 for some mediocre sounding ear buds when they're are some half the price or even less that definitely sounds better with a better fit like the Liberty 3 pros

Always admire a quality review. We must be careful of the Claytons review and here we can see a great ad for Apple Airpods Pro. While Sony is most widely regarded as buds class leaders your Pixel Buds Pro are only aligned to Airpods. How many times do you use the term Air Pods Pro? A lot. Overall, good information, but I'm now inclined to believe this might be the ad when you're doing an ad; for Airpods Pro

For current price of $129 i liked the soundcore liberty pro 3 better. They sound much better for music and anc is very good. Even the $79 echo buds 2nd g sound better than the pixel buds pro but pbp anc is better than the echos but don't rule echo out, echo sounds great with stuff in the amz music app, esp tears for fears' tipping point, much better than pbp.

Totally true. I had the Galaxy Buds Live and then later got the Galaxy Buds Pro. They cost a lot more and they were trash compared to Buds Live as far as functionality and comfort. The Buds Pro ANC was good, and they were a tad louder? But overall, their tab, double and triple tab were non-existent. It was hard enough getting a double tab to skip, but nearly impossible to triple tab to go back. The Buds Live were smooth and simple tabs were ez.
