I think this UI is the best on any tablet. Swiping up to access the dock is fire. And navigation is just so smooth like their phones. Great job Google

I’m very interested in getting this with the Amazon Prime sales. The review is great coming at it from this angle. I see it as a nest hub first and then being able to remove from the dock and move it around. Although I use Apple HomeKit I use 2 nest hubs/ 1 max for visual control of smart devices, calendar view etc.

Payday is on the horizon and I'm really thinking about buying one. I do wish there was wifi/cellular version though. It's not a deal breaker, but it would be cool if it had cellular connectivity.

Idk... I would argue that the OnePlus Pad is a pretty good $500 Android tablet. The aspect ratio feels better for a tablet, and the speakers are great for media consumption

I have been wanting to upgrade My Galaxy Tab S6 as the battery is starting to definitely show its age and this would have been a good alternative but no SD card really kills my interest. Oh well.

I upgraded from a galaxy tab s6 to a tab S8 plus and got £315 trade in from Samsung. After having a tab s6 I think you'd be underwhelmed with the Pixel tablet screen. The S8 plus is a great upgrade from the tab s6 😀

I definitely agree ..thats how people think about apple lik it's better than Samsung, pixel etc which is false , in all reality they are on a iPhone lookin for things on the Google engine 😂😂😂
