This is an automatic process. You need to be patient. This happens in cases when the journal is either not indexed, or not from a well know publisher, or a new journal. In either of the cases, you need to be patient. Indexing and counting of citations takes time.

Okay. This is a good point. I will make this. Will try to give a simple template. I guess that would be better. In my case i have just one paragraph which I have used everywhere, like putting author information at the end of the papers, and same i have used in google scholar and research gate.
