I had some small exposure / instructions on excel / google sheets in grad school, but these tutorials are insanely helpful. Thank you, Bryce.

More of those, please! Maybe some automated analytics or how to implement tracking the velocity

Man, I missed these videos. Your earlier videos helped me out so much on automating determining load based on 1RM and RPE.

Love that the serie is back! Had a quick question : do you know a way to compute volume on a week to week basis without having to do the sum of your tonnage day by day? Maybe an idea for the next episode ahah

This is magnitudes better and more informative than other tutorials on here. You need to make some algorithmic gains!

Great video. If want to plan a full month of days which feature the movemnts, reps, sets, rest periods on a separate page how I switch the SBD cells to reflect that movement and percentage?

Bryce, are we also able to put a formula to round the percentage to the closest 2.5%?

I found that master list of movements in the Intermediate 2.0 program a couple weeks after running. I was modifying it for a second go, and switched a movement and lost the color coding. Took a couple hours or so of digging. I thought “those sneaky mf’s “ hahahah
