Great video! One correction: Total cost of loan should be (D11+D8)*D12 otherwise total interest will start going into negative values if extra monthly payments are increased to higher numbers.

Your total interest doesn't come out right unless you make the total cost of loan equal to the product of the SUM of monthly payment AND Extra Monthly Payment by the number of months

Excellent to watch, Can you teach us how to create ARM schedule in excel, Interest rate changes every five years for 30years mortgage period means 30years loan period and 5years loan term. Thanks in advance
