Google is not building anymore in San Jose. There plan fell through twenty years ago and Google built elsewhere and is no longer interested in building in the area. Google is also rethinking it's involvement with sobrato and San Jose. Google may also sell all it's other property except on the military base and leave San Jose.

Detroit homes are dirt cheap, yet there is still a significant homeless population, even with the manny Democrat led government. “Gentrification” does not create homelessness, people simply move to more affordable areas. It’s a problem of drug abuse and mental health.

They have to be careful to not waste money. I don't trust the pastor or people who ask for things. It should not take more than 3-4 years to transform San Jose, any longer is going to be a waste. Make only 1 group of buildings until they are secured.
