Using shapes to preapare time line, process, hierarchy, method which will be visually appealing.

Great presentation! I've heard about Google "Office" but never really used it. Now I'm going to try and see if I like it better than the Microsoft "Office". Quick questions for anyone: when you incorporate images from the internet or videos from KZbin, is there any legal issues to be aware of? To Learnit Training: can we record our slide presentations plus voice and save it as a video file? If so, maybe you have covered it in the more advanced tutorial on this topic? I think PowerPoint has this function.
