Question. You mentioned GT (as an example) will notify social media platforms about a sale. I do not understand...why would you want a social media platform to know about a sale? Thank you and sorry for the uninformed question.

This would allow you to optimize your ad campaigns based upon sales metrics. Platforms like Google and FB can optimize campaigns based upon sales numbers which can help improve campaign performance

Thank you for the information. Question, I have set up a Google Ad, however, it keeps saying 'my ad can show, however, there is a problem, fix it'. The problem they refer to is, a) I need to add 'Google Tag' & b) 'set up conversion measurement'. My question is, if I do not set up 'Google tag & Conversation Measurement', does it impact my AD being seen by people? I have a Canva website with a link to a Google Form for people to fill out, so not sure how I can set up Tags and conversions. Look forward to your insights. Gary

Oh, you really, really should be using a real webpage for growing your email list... If your spending money on Google ads, you really should have conversion tracking setup. Can you please explain what is the difference between UTM parameters and GTM conversion tracking? I'm pretty familiar with GTM but still confused with if I need UTM or not?

UTM is going to give you extra information as to where the traffic came from. As an example if you have GTM conversion, UTM can help tell you where that conversion came from; Facebook, KZbin, Blog, etc.

Hi, Jason, a can google site as landing page can be tracked? Tag manager can help tracking google site which used as landing page?

I would not use a Google site for that, you need a real page builder. You can try embedding the code and see what happens

Yes, you can use Tag Manager with Systeme. In your account settings you can have a code that goes across all your funnel pages, put GTM there (even though it's only the header). You can also add tracking code manually to each funnel page, but I don't recommend that since it's easy to forget to add it
