Smart Home proactive notifications and follow-up responses

I would love to see critical notifications from my phone be pushed to the google home display(s). Specifically high/low alarms from diabetic devices. Amber/presidential alerts are fine too.

It would be nice to have a notification system for Google Chromecast with Google TV for my application like CBC, CNN... So that it would be easy for me to know what's on... 📺
