OpenAI offers up the AI from Her... Google offers up Steve Buscemi saying "How do you do, fellow kids?". OpenAI definitely stole some of their thunder... the biggest was the response time by AIs, with OpenAI completely obliterating Google's assertion about how difficult it was to make that manaagable.

This whole Google I/O was a big nothing burger for the most part. Boring announcements and boring presenters. Too many products and projects. Accessing the new features is complicated, and I’m so tired of signing up for waitlists and then forgetting about it. The Google Code Red leak was right. Google has no moat.

Lol, Gemini is much more useful in many ways. A 2-million context window? Gemini is also integrated into Google's proprietary apps, which makes work so much easier. They showed their video generation model, human voiceover and the same ability to see the world through the camera in "live" as gpt 4 does. Honestly, I don't see any advantages of chatgpt over Gemini.

@@tuttoxa Gemini doesn’t have Image generation, Advanced Data Analysis (Code Interpreter), and file upload. Also, they don’t have GPTs and voice mode. Lastly, you have to sign up for endless waitlists and platforms to access their products. ChaTGPT is a far superior product.

I've been testing Gemini and it's finally usable for the first time. It was god awful before and I gave up on it after just a few prompts. but now it has capabilities the other models don't and it can actually help with coding now.
