Doesn't the slide showing compute increasing suggest that as time progresses MORE computing power will be needed to power more sophisticated and more intelligent models? Would very much like to build a service for the homeless to have a rotating recreational outlet or access an emotional comforting AI counselor. It would operate via an office where the people can walk in and get visually recognized and greeted and then assigned to like minded or tolerant others to participate in games or fishing trips or meditating groups etc. It would be a non-profit that hires ex veterans for security and facilitation. It would provide window wash and tire pressure check services at grocery stores or Home Depot type parking lots; and other services, for donations and to provide interpersonal training. I know an AI can do this.
