When you cool welds down with water like that it can make them weaker or even crack.

You should have a paintless dent repair shop try and fix those door dings if that door is the same color as the car. Maybe save you some body work and a repaint.

What brand did you use for the control arms, It was hard to tell what you said for the brand. Thank you.
@allanmoulton37456 жыл бұрын
Guys. I noticed several times that you use a carpenters hammer for mechanical work. The steel in a carpenters hammer is much harder than a ball peen hammer and are designed to drive much softer nails. You could cause a metal chip to fly off a bolt out piece of steel and pierce your skin, or worse in your eyes. I’d recommend you wear safety glasses at all times. They are the only eyes you’re ever gonna have. Great videos, keep ‘em coming. Allan

Quick question but did you say you were putting the “best’ gas in the Jeep. If you were you are wasting your money. Unless the engine is designed for premium fuel, it should not be used . It can actually cause the engine to diesel when shutting down and it can cause the engine to not run smoothly.

Not sure if this has been addressed but you should always have the full weight of the vehicle on the suspension before you torque it down. Also retorque everything after 500 miles. Keep wrenching and come on over to jeepforum.com invaluable information on there for guys like yourselves.
