I've been dying for someone to do a GC Fall haul and you were first up, great video ! ☺ I got the Stroop waffle in the old original packaging and I remember the note listing including hazelnut ! Its definitely a dominate note, I don't know why they didn't list it for the new packaging. It had a decent throw and strength for me and the hazelnut gave some warmth to the fragrance. I don't love hazelnut fragrances but it was a nice fragrance once burning. Can't wait to see more videos, Have a great week !🍂🕯

Love your haul and thanks for your descriptions I'm new to GC fall. I picked up Stroopwaffle and while burning it's so similar to BBW Praline Delight from last year! It's stronger burning than on cold I'm finding . I also have the Brown Sugar Churro that smells so good on cold.I have yet to burn it though . I'd love to hear how these smell burning and which is the closest to an Apple Cider without a lot of spice and also an Apple Pie scent from Goose Creek .Glad to hear you talk about Apple Pie and Hay Rides as it was in my cart.

I'm curious to try Dutch Stroopwaffle. I loved Praline Delight, so it sounds like I'll enjoy this one also! Apple Bourbon smells really good. There is a spice note but its not overly done. Love the packaging for the Carnival collection. They smell a little lighter this year than in pervious years. That seems to be a trend among the candle companies.

Great haul! Did u get the Beetlejuice candles? I was about to order my fall candles n then the Beetlejuice candles showed up so I ordered all of those instead! The fall candles can wait n I have all of them anyway from last year, just different packaging! There is a couple new ones I want tho! There's an orchard one with apple n pear n GC does those scent notes great so I'll definitely be ordering those soon! I agree about the packaging also, their hitting it out of the park with the packaging this year! I hope u enjoy all ur candles n thanks for sharing! 🎃

🙋🏽‍♀️Hey Eric thought about you when I received notification for 50% off BBW Halloween. You got a few of my GC favs & a few I have been curious about. Ugh, I already bought 8 BBW Fall candles. I shouldn't buy more 😂but Fall is my favorite season, then Spring. Maybe I'll buy some GC Fall wax melts. Disappointed GC didn't hit us with the usual 6 for $60 with their new releases. They usually follow up from BBW candle sales & releases.

These are so nice! Did u participate in the Halloween sale at bbw last night? You know I did! And I repurchased everything I bought already and gonna return it with original receipt! I mean, I just got it 2 weeks ago! I also got the everlasting magic candle and all the others as well. Just one of each for now! And got the kitty 3 wick holder and the batterfly wallplug that I didnt get originally. And even with all that extra stuff and rebuying everything, I still didnt spend as much as I did originally! 😮 That's crazy! Only thing I couldnt do that with was the gazebo since it's already sold out. But I'm happy with that. Half off plus an extra 20% off? Couldnt pass it up. I didnt get the globe candle in my first big order when I used my 20% off ,but when I seen it sold out online.... I got FOMO! Lol So my store is a test store for candles and I placed a bopis order for it lol 😅

They changed the scent notes for the Dutch Stroopwafel candle.I have been purchasing this candle for years, there was no honey & vanilla. The original scent notes included hazelnut, chocolate shavings, & sugared vanilla. I’m a little reluctant to purchase the new version🤨😬🤦🏾‍♀️😘

Hi Eric, I’m new to commenting but been a fan since your channel started. This was an overly fun video to watch. I haven’t bought from them in a while I may be able to add them in my budget start of 2025 😅 Anyway Blackberry Bourbon, Carnival Apple and Carnival Cake were some of my first candles I bought from them in 2019 so you picked some good ones and to know that they are favs of yours too. 🩷 Also to add, I think BBW is stepping away from being gourmand heavy and focusing on elevating home fragrances by providing more sophisticated scents. I’m like bakery but not all the time. Goose Creeks seems to push more bakery while BBW seem to be headed back into the direction of sophisticated home fragrances. But anywho, awesome video

Its not the strongest throwing candel, but it is a nice scent. Carnival Apple is such a classic carmel apple fragrance. I think you are absolutely right about BBW going towards more sophisticated fragrances, while GC is heading towards the gourmand. It makes sense, that way they aren't competing with each other. Of course, I'll always want bbw to keep bringing out some gourmand scents.😊🤞

Hi Eric, give Dutch Stroopwaffle a chance. It's been a favorite of mine, but I have last year's. Hopefully this year's is just as good. I also love Carnival apple. I can't understand why BBW doesn't put out a caramel apple candle every Fall. It should be a staple in my opinion. I was super disappointed last year with Butterscotch Toasted Vanilla because it didn't smell like the scent notes, and smells just like you described.

I need the pralines. But the cold light sniff gives me great pause. I honestly think they are trying to push out so many repops the quality might be going down hill. Dutch strroopwafel is a decent candle. . It smells like Nutella. It will not smell like a waffle it's a cookie. Have a great day
