Fantastic hunt and videography. I’d do almost anything to be able to afford to go back to Scotland, especially for a hunt. I spent 2 years stationed in England (USAF) and I visited my ancestral roots in Scotland every time I got weekend lib.

Is the pup a Boykin? Kinda looks like my pups dad did. Mines half Boykin half lab. Great retriever. He did duck dog boot camp At Layton retrievers in Estacada Oregon. Awesome hunt! I’m into my second season now and if I saw that many birds coming into my dekes I’d probably just pass out from excitement lol. Hope not🤔

We consider in and over the decoys at 15-40 yards acceptable killing range, especially with lead shot. The 55 dead geese would attest to that. Thanks for watching!
