"This is the hidden gem of the year, and for me a beautiful discovery. Goose is a (presumed) one time duo consisting of Sweedish based Johan Graden and Daniel Ögren. Both very talented and promising young musicians, who right now are hot commodities in the Sweedish scene.
Som Folk Är Mest is a collection of shredded memories, bound together with transition tape and cheap thrift store records. It transitions effortlessly between segments, and creates a nostalgic atmosphere the likes of which i have never seen. I picked it up on a trip to my favorite record store in Cologne as a bit of a mystery item, but it quickly grew on me and now its a weekly spin.
I created some segment splices, so you can zip around the different segments and repeat at your own pace. These are my interpretations, so none of these are part of the release data. I would recommend you take your time to explore though, a lot of detail can be found hidden within...“

Q: Why did you upload a terrible sounding copy?
A: Since this is an archive of MY collection, i believe i should preserve everything (even the flaws). If you are looking for a place for high fidelity “audiophile” clean recordings, this channel is not it. I clean my records thoroughly before making a video.
Q: Can you upload [insert album]?
A: I upload what i have, and what i deem worth uploading. This excludes widly known records (Beatles as an eksample) and releases from huge labels that i evaluate as too risky for copyright reasons.
Q: Can i see what’s in your collection?
A: Sure!

Q: What are the recording specs?
A: All audio is recorded via USB out of my Dual DTJ 301.1 with an Audio Technica AT3600L cart to my Macbook Pro (2016) via Ableton. Audio is 192khz 24bit uncompressed wav. Video runs at 60fps with a 1080p resolution and has no audio.
Video editing is in Imovie and recorded with an Iphone 8.
Q: Are any of your recordings edited?
A: No. I do adjust volume if necessary but other then that the recordings are 100% unedited.
