I collected a lot of Goosebumps books and I mean A LOT of Goosebumps books, back when I was a little girl. Sabrina Griffin. I still collect them and I'm starting a new collection of Goosebumps books. I used to have a big container full of them, but my parents and I had to get rid of the books. I love the Goosebumps books, because I like to read them, and I write my own stories too. R.L Stine is my favorite author as he writes the books. I can't wait to get more of the books from some stores.

I remember reading an interview with Stine once where he said that Goosebumps wasn’t really all that scary and I was like “dude, How to Kill a Monster TERRIFIED me as a kid. The bit with the kids looking up at the ceiling to see it reverberate with the weight of the swamp monster pounding across the floor of the room above, looking for the kids? Haunted me.” Srsly, tho, thank you for this channel, Cameron, it’s been a real delight and comfort to me during a rough pandemic period.

Man, one of my biggest regrets is never properly getting into Goosebumps as a kid, even though my brother and I watched the show super sporadically and I distinctly remember getting some merch (the Goosebumps bedding set, which had a comforter that had an illustration of Slappy that terrified so I always put that side down). Learned to appreciate the series as I got older and reading the original books around Hallowe'en-time has turned into a cherished tradition. Anyway this belated appreciation is actually what led me to your channel via your old Goosebumps collection videos, so this video was a nice throwback surprise.

I grew up in both South America and Central America, so we didn't get nowhere near as much Goosebumps merchandise variety where i spent my childhood as you guys got in the States, in fact we only got access to the books, but i still hold them dearly to this day, with a small collection that encompasses both books in english from C.A. and spanish from S.A. I remember having my mind blown by the artistry of the english book covers in fact, with the bumpy letters on the Goosebumps logo, and the finish of the covers, or most mindblowing yet, the holographic covers in the "Choose your own adventure" series of books, in comparison to how straightforward the spanish adaptations were. In retrospective i still love this series of books dearly and the tv they gave birth to, and often wish i could have been part of the popularity boom it had on the united states, but i'm grateful they made their way here to Chile, they definitely molded me in one way or another as a grownup.

Your Goosebumps collection is so impressive. It's so nice seeing all the colors of the spines lined up in a row on each shelf like that. I actually also have a Goosebumps collection, but I admit that it's not as extensive as yours! I have most of them in a vertical stack on top of my file cabinet along with my old Goosebumps hat from the 90s. I have a few shelved separately on a different bookcase. And I just bought a little miniature "replica" Goosebumps collection (it's so small, awesome, and detailed). It comes on a mini coffin shelf. I am sure you've already seen it listed on Etsy. Regardless, your collection is really amazing. Thanks for making this video!
