I cannot verify Sadhguru 's validity as true Guru but what I can say that when one becomes enlightened and has become a master of his chakras and energy with his energy reaching sahasrar rituals do not matter to them. Their very words are consecrated with energy. Anything they say can become rituals . Any practice they give can be used to attain self realisation irrespective of the shastras
