I think it will slightly affect Trump, because he's going to be skittish to go to North Carolina and share a stage with Robinson now, whereas he would eagerly have done so otherwise. Trump doesn't care that Robinson has fascist views, but he is going to care somewhat that Robinson will be carrying the baggage of "slavery / porn / Nazi mini-soldier collectibles / urine" when the rally is covered by the media, and Trump is savvy enough to know that this is bad optics for himself. And if he avoids North Carolina for this reason, it makes Harris more likely to win there, which is a big deal in that she could carry MI, WI, NC and Nevada and win without needing Pennsylvania. So his voters aren't going to be turned off to Robinson, but Trump himself might be, and that's a bad plan if it's the only state in the country that Harris could reasonably pick up and she currently has a small lead there.

The user account in question had the registered e-mail address public, an e-mail address known already to belong to Mark Robinson, from his known internet presence. And any site, where you register a profile, you need to provide a valid e-mail address, to which an automated message is sent to, in order to complete the user registration. So whoever registered that user account, had to have access to a mailbox that belongs to, Mark Robinson, and we can be 100% certain that, the person that has access to Mark Robinson's account, is Mark Robinson himself.
