I consider myself a socialist now and I’m realizing MR has probably always been edgy progressive liberalism. Watching their coverage of the genocide, Ukraine, and this election cycle has made that clear though. It’s clear that they’re just providing cover for the Dems. They know they have to criticize the Dems for their own credibility, but not so much that their audience would consider a third party. It’s been interesting to watch them constantly trying to thread that needle.

The problem isn't really "voter fraud"; the problem is election transparency. We had a committee that rehashed 1/6 in the name of transparency, and nothing was done. It is an easy enough thing to fix by posting the results online with your ballot number which you take home a stub from your ballot and just look to see how your vote was recorded. Will it eliminate all problems? No, but it would be a damned sight better than blind faith.

The problem is not so much the education it’s just really hard for men to vote for Democrats. Republicans have branded themselves the man party (way before the FatMan). But just look at the people red states have presented as representatives: Hershel Walker, Tom Tuberville, Roy Moore, Lauren Boebert, Majorie Taylor Greene, Mark Robinson, Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley, Lindsey Graham, Tim Scott, Byron Donaldson……the list goes on and on. All these people I’ve named have done nothing meaningful in Congress or were quite just simply unequivocally unqualified for the role, yet people vote against their interests.
