Well done mustaq. Would have liked to see some of the really older history of gopalpur...but congratulations on the quality of the video and the excellent descriptions. Hope u do a series..also u could include nearby tourist attractions of Orissa..the hills, rock inscriptions from the Ashokan period, boating, chhatrapur lake...chilika, etc

I have been off Golpalpur stationed onboard to witness many live firings, but was not fortunate to step on the beaches of Gopalpur. Your video is really very composed, well scripted and mesmerizingly orated. Moreover, very informative and precise for a tourist, on his maiden visit to Gopalpur. Keep it up dear Buddy. Gopalpur is also famous for its one of the oldest Light Houses and India's first 5* Resort. The first 5* Resort of India 'Palm Beach' was established by an Italian Maglioni in 1914. Later the Oberoi group purchased this property and established its 2nd 5* hotel in 1945.

Whenever i visit to Gopalpur, I missed the food at the restaurant which is there beside the cement seating arrangement near bike stand, however, it seems the owner has changed. In my college days back in 2002-2004 this restaurant gave us amazing good quality food naming a few from chicken soup, chicken fried rice, chicken noodles, prawn noodles to prawn fried rice prepared very differently with less spices. Now the food quality & taste has changed substantially. Ohh, i missed those evenings, sea beach with good food.
