Goped Rebuild ep. 2 "Decking it out"

In this episode, I am Cutting out my new go-ped deck, and making it from scratch, I attempted to use only hand tools to get it done but ended up needing a spiral saw to finish the cut out. So far it seems like a Little bit of progress. Going to need to pick up the pace if i am going to get this thing up an running before spring gets here.
also, In this episode I asked you guys out what option should i take for rebuilding the motor. Should I step it up to a G260RC head and really pump up the horsepower, or keep it as a stock G230RC motor... let me know what you guys think in the comments.

The vids are great... I'm gonna subscribe! As a goped lover and rider... Yes go with the big bore kit. It will make a great vid of you installing it. The performance will be AWESOME! Especially since you need a new cylinder. Great job!

what kind of wood did you use? and how did you finish it? does it last? I want to do two this week. thanks

I used oak plywood. the minimum would be 1/2" thick
