GoPro 11 - Milky Way Star Trails

Shot with the new GoPro 11's Star Trail time lapse feature.
It's such incredible results from such a tiny camera.
Taken from Maleny on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia,
I was able to capture this stunning result by shooting towards the south on a crystal clear night, right on the new moon, so the sky was filled with the Milky Way passing over head and very little light polution from my surroundings or the moon, which just creates an EPIC amount of star trails that draw you into the video.

This is so freaking awesome bro. I didn't have this idea until I watched this, but do you think I could get your permission to use a frame in this video for a thumbnail for a 'backrooms' short film I'm making? Ngl, this perfectly captures what I want the viewers to be feeling for some reason, it's weird. If you're wondering this is not any of that crappy Kane pixels backrooms shit, this is original, and my own idea. It has time dilation, the 4th dimension, etc, and will be a mixture of scientific accurate stuff, and none scientifically accurate stuff, and to see what the outcome of the none scientifically accurate stuff would be, if it was scientifically accurate, lol. If not that's okay, but seriously though, this is amazing!

@@victorhamon8413 It’s the Star Trail setting in the Time Lapse mode. I used 5.3k 4:3 aspect, Long trail length, shutter 30 sec, iso min & max 800 (or 1600 depending on how dark it is). No limit on duration.

CapCut. I’ve used a bunch of video editors, and CapCut is the easiest to use, and had most of the features I need. If you have a look at my channel you will see that most of my videos since about September last year are using CapCut. The best thing about CapCut is it’s cross platform and you have spaces where you can save a project on one device and open on another. You need the Pro version for that, or send out referrals to increase your cloud space.

@@nurkz_travel4494 no, I’m too lazy to try taking individual photos and rendering them into a video. 😂 You have apps like Star Tracker that can get in the App Store that will stack photos into a video for you apps.apple.com/au/app/star-stacker/id1549693927
