@@amandahayes2057 Mini's run in the earlier part of the day before the track gets super rutted and gnarly by the big bikes. That's why the lap times are close. When a track deteriorates you can add 4 or 5 seconds to the lap times. Mini's don't create 3 foot deep ruts to deal with like a 450 does after a moto.

Ollie Mackie should have seen it in person. My fiancé and I were sitting by the sand section by the finish line and riders were constantly wrecking there during the practice that morning. Especially that last turn to the finish line. It was crazy.

I watched this probably 10 or so times. First time he did the jump and second time. Something happen the second time even before the crash watch AC handle bars and front fender as he takes off of the triple compared to the first time alot more shake the second time...my opinion Good luck AC PLEASE STAY OFF OF THE GROUND! IMO once AC gets a few wins under his belt and the confidence he needs to stop crashing ( like the greatest of all time did in his first year on the big bike supercross) I believe he will be the next RC RV RD ET and go on to win many big bike titles.

Awwwww.....😕 After a average hole shot, he quickly gained the lead! He ride so no one was even close to him. I never personally ride in a track with what looked to be 5"-8" ruts! I have to grab my nuts seeing him come off a double and nothing but ruts greet him in the landing. I am so grateful for the head cam: in TV one just cannot obtain appreciation for the very rough track.. If course, I am partial to green machines as I am an ex owner of a 98' KX 250. Nice ride. It seemed like he crossed himself up off the last jump.
