not like a dji gps auto stabilised drone tho :) A hand built freestyle full manual one :) Commonly known as a 'fpv drone'

@@DUKEisALIVE It's an FPV drone with a gopro on top. They are made for freestyle and racing because they are not stabilized and they allow you a total freedom of movement in the sky. The pilot is definitely incredibly skilled but WOW this drone pilot is a confident risk taker with his abilities. Both very skilled pilots at what they do!! Drone pilot's work will largely go under the radar too, so he deserves a ton of credit!

The risk taker is the pilot because if the drone hit hims the consequence are pretty severe, the drone pilot would just loose his drone. It is such a spectacular and awesome video

stunning.... flying, drone piloting, editing, music...everything. Well deserved. As a pilot I can confirm this is as close as it gets to the real thing and maybe more enjoyable to watch. Amazing drone skills and trust with the pilot. A mid air would have been horrible and they get pretty close a couple of times. Well done both of you.

I've done many R/C photoshoots with a drone chasing an R/C plane. I also fly full-scale (aka 'real' airplanes)...but I never thought of chasing a full-size plane with a camera drone. This must have taken a lot of planning, preparation, and skill. At 0:24, I'm surprised the drone was not blown around by the prop wake.
