Just got mine for 35 bucks from the pawn shop. It only came with the water proof case and the dude at the shop gave me 2 sd cards. Im more than satisfied. Gotta go to the gas station to get a charger/usb cord for 5 bucks. Thanks for the vid, very helpful. Gonna have to watch it 7 more times but thats my fault. Thanks again!

if im going mountain biking with my gopro hero 3+ and chest harness what would be the best settings to have the camera on while still being able to make edits

Honestly this is somewhat personal preference. How big is your memory card, and how long do you want you camera to run? Some people love 1080 60FPS, or maybe you would want 4K at 24/30 FPS instead. Hopefully you had a blast either way!

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought the Hero 4 silver and have NO CLUE!! God bless you for this video! Question. Does the video resolution also change my "Pictures" resolution? If I'm taking pictures do I change anything? Like to 4k to make it clearer? Probably a stupid question, but I have no clue.. Still learning..

Hey! Video resolution is its own. You can change the size of the picture by going Settings and one press over you'll probably see "12 mp Wide" Jusr select that and you can change the size for your pictures. The newer hero 4 cameras have a few more settings for photos, but I usually dabble in the video end of things more. Thanks for watching! Jared

I have the hero 3 plus silver. Does using the setting 1080 60fps smother/ less jittery than 1080 30fps? Or is the higher frame rate really only for slow motion? Thanks
