I DID IT!! IT WORKS!! I recommend buying a tool kit with Torx for electronics. Got mine at Harbor Freight. The enclosed tools weren’t an exact fit so I couldn’t unscrew the torx screws. Excellent video my friend! I’m ready to ride to Washington DC on my motorcycle now!! ❤️

Bro ask ko lang ako. naka bili na ako nang new lcd at nag check narin ako sa mga connectors nya sa lcd may continuity pero yung screen na bnew d gumana. ano kaya possible causes nya?

Thanks for queries sir, actually sa online store ko lng nakuha spare LCD na ginamit ko, try Ali express, or in Philippine online store gaya ng Lazada or shoppe.

Yes man, Hindi naman po nagkakalayo ang build ng hero 5 sa hero 6, same procedure lang ang gagawin nyo, ingat at dahan dahan lang po sa pag detach ng mg parts. Good luck po sa pag DIY, hope maayos nyo.

Hi sir. Di gumagana yung lcd na nabili ko. But I notice na yung dating lcd is nakikita ko ang interface kapag naiilawan. Masyado lang talaga madilim ang brightness. Nacocontrol ko naman from cp yung gopro, naset ko na rin sa 100% ang brightness kaso ganun pa rin. Ano kaya possible na problem nito? Salamat lods.

Thanks sa queries bro, Mas mainam, pag bibili tayo ng parts check muna natin ang ratings and reviews ng mga buyers para atleast alam ang mga pros and cons, anyway try mo nalang i return yung item na nabili if pwede, sayang naman, So far sa LCD na gamit ko maganda man ang quality, from Ali express, naka lagay ang link sa description. Dun sa previous LCD mo, ano cause ng damage? water damage? if may nakikita ka pang interface sa screen, much better kung pwede pang pagtyagaan, baka sa screen na mismo ang defect, try nyo e check ang connection flex cable sa motherboard. if still, much better replacement na ng buong LCD. Anyway bro, i hope na maayos mo gopro mo. Orayt!
