I also want information for setting the iso max and iso min if the cuqca is bright and how much is the exposure? and at dusk or in the afternoon what is the iso min iso kax setting and the exposure? Marno, this video is for me! I’ve been on the quest of how to have the best setup possible to film my iguana hunting! I’ve been using the side-shot but bahhhh not happy with that setup. I’ll definitely will take a look at this one! Thanks for sharing because not everyone is sharing this type of info with the community and we are wondering how is that everyone’s video is better than what I can produce and I think, at least IMO, that sharing is what makes this community great. @@AirGunnerSA Order placed today. I bought the GoPro Hero6 Black on Amazon for $194 (Renewed) with it can do same as the Hero7. I think Hero7 has only better Image Stabilization and that will be off when used with the scope anyway. Thanks buddy. I probably will do a video too on my channel when I receive the EagleVision

You couldn't have showed us how it looks through the scope without the 12 mm lens? I'm sure u can tune the gopro itself in settings without needing to change lens

Unfortunately the stock lens wont work because its a 2.29mm wide angel lens and will not be efficient. The reason why the lens is changed to a 12mm lens is so that you can see the reticle in the video and also see the "target" in frame. Hope it make sense

Are there any issues with the lens coming loose which in turn will make it eventually lose focus? If so, do do you keep it from moving since it is clearly not seated fully. Thanks!

Not at all. it screws in very firmly so it doesnt come out. mine is more than a year old and i have never had an issue with the lens coming loose

Eagle vison have 2 lens for the go pro 7. They have 1/1.8 and 1/2.3 which one have the better quality video? You didnt mentioned which lens you order so we know.

I got the more expensive one. Im not sure if there will be a massive difference in video quality but at the time this video was made, the one i had was the only available one. Links are in the video description

@@AirGunnerSA thanks for the reply. They now have 2 lens. The 1/1.8 is €89 and the 1/2.3 is €34. I wish they have video showing both set up so the customers can see the picture quality before they buy it. Well the 1/1.8 is out of stock. So I went and just bought the cheaper one. I hope it have same picture quality or gonna be disappointed. Total was about $60 shipped to the US.

@@johnrambo1349 from what i have heard is that with the cheaper one you can close the GoPro lens cover and with the expensive one you can not. If i can give a recommendation i would say pay a bit more and get the expensive one. The build quality is great and the footage speaks for it self. If you are unsure contact Masood he is very helpful

Love your videos and I also have a few different items that I have purchased from Masood. However I have a problem. I have the exact same setup as you in this video but cannot get the best focus through the lens. I can get the crosshairs in focus (not as clear as yours) but the image quality through the scope is awful. What could be the problem as my footage is blurry and terrible. I have spent a decent amount of money on this kit and I am quite frustrated. Could it even be that it doesn't like the scope? It is a Optisan EVX 6-24x50 F1 FFP. I have also tried this on a Falcon M18+ 4-18x44 FFP with similar results. Hope you can offer some advice, thank you.

Thank you very much i appreciate it. Have you tried to set you scopes ocular focus first? This is the lens closest to you eye. You can adjust that first the the small lens on your gopro. I use a mico HDMI cabel to my TV to get everything in focus when i set it up for the very first time

i have a question about the 75 - 25 ratio, is the image you see through the eaglevision anywhere near what you see through the scope without it? for example, if i find it hard to see a fox through the scope because of the distance and light, is this set up going to make it harder to see with only 25% coming through?

Yes. All you have to do is remove the rubber ring on the scope. I know it doesn't look nice but i hardly notice it anymore
