Very hard to focus on this as an example of camera functionality when you are riding like a lunatic.

good camera, appallingly bad riding. It'll be a good test to see if the camera survives when you eventually succumb to the way you ride.

Its good to see how handle the gopro 8 black with not gentle riding style, and its working good, but riding in this style with stress and risk make you after years sik. Its nicer to ride nice, because its nice :D

@mikoteevee3 жыл бұрын
does that setting have super high video size?
@GRBiker3 жыл бұрын
High bitrate setting? Yes.. if you meant field of view I believe it was set to wide, not the highest (superview).
@mikoteevee3 жыл бұрын
@@GRBiker sorry i meant the file size.. might consume space on my PC?
@GRBiker3 жыл бұрын
@@mikoteevee ahhh I see - I cannot remember the exact file sizes MB/minute etc but yes 4K60 in high bitrate does give a large output file. I use 1080p60 for normal riding, asides from high file size the extra processing needed for 4K60 shortens the battery life!

@@GRBiker plus the time it takes to upload to youtube right?... but i think its worth it.. tnx man!!
@GRBiker3 жыл бұрын
@@mikoteevee true, plus most people will edit & render (with resample) prior to uploading, having more quality in the original in increases the potential quality of the final render (each resample step reduces the quality of the finished render)

Which memory card do you use? And does it have heating issue? Mind heats up too much in 4k 60
@GRBiker5 жыл бұрын
Akshay Thorat it’s a Samsung Evo Plus U3 256GB, yeh I heard they can overheat, not much risk of it here in this season though - will see how summer goes!

@GRBiker3 жыл бұрын
Infractions? Please list them.. note: filtering is perfectly legal here.
@svetre873 жыл бұрын
@@GRBiker filtering.. ok. 0:10 driving on aisle or how it is called. Overtaking without blinkers. Two infractions. 0:20 again over aisle ( I am wondering if this is legal there? In Italy it isn't for example) 0:25 many policemen would stop you for reckless driving. Blinkers everywhere. 1:12 overtaking a car on the right side which is already beginning to change lanes after signalling. Noisy exhaust. Probably not even original? -> extra-fine for not shifting gears only to show how noisy ur bike is. 2:04 overtaking on the right the bus which was already changing.. bla bla I think u get it. 2:12 blinkers.. I said it already? 2:19 maybe also filming other people and making this video public without their consent?
@GRBiker3 жыл бұрын
@@svetre87 yes, filtering also called lane-splitting in the US is legal here in the UK.. passing the indicating taxi was a little iffy in case he didn’t see me, but he had and I sped up to reduce the inconvenience (indicating here does not grant right of way, only signals intent, I alternatively could have flashed my high beam light to let him go first). Just on 2:12, we signal to indicate, but if you are in a lane that turns in one direction only then this is adequate indication, for junctions I would. Just on camera use again the law accepts this use here, we are free to film/take pictures as we go about our journeys, filming is only prohibited if it is done intrusively/harassing etc and posting is only prohibited if it shows something obscene/distressing/from the above prohibited filming scenarios. Nonetheless, I appreciate the meticulous analysis and rational presentation of these points, this is far more effort than most commenters apply 🙌
