Really well made track. Actually fun riding. First minute and a half is amazing with constant side to side jumps. Same as ski parks. Use to be shit when they were built by people who don't have an understanding of the sport. But now it's built by people who actually have an understanding of what is interesting and fun to ride. Not just difficult. A lot better than 9 years ago.

Incredible footage and an insane run, congrats to jackson on that one… but why is he allowed to take his gopro on his finals runs and other riders like bernard kerr are not🤷🏼

They can all take their GoPro. But, if they do, the footage becomes the sole property of Discovery/UCI for 48 hours who can use it as they see fit during that time. Then the rider can use it as well - but only after 2 days. I don’t know how GoPro ties into that contractual arrangement that applies to all when they enter the race. For example, not all the GoPro footage is being shown here. Also, the editing is entirely RAW from start to finish - no context. And, what if the footage was taken on a different camera, Insta for example? Are other cams allowed? If they are it’s highly likely the 48hr rule applies. But would Insta be able to negotiate it being shown within the 48 hrs? We have only seen the somewhat random GoPro stuff.
