GoPro Kendo - Kirikaeshi demo

A quick demo of kirikaeshi using the GoPro video camera.

Kendo beginner in here. Thank you for your video. I think it has great educational value for a beginner to "see" the kirikaeshi sequence with the "eyes" of the experienced Kendoka rather than simply observing its execution by him/her.

Hello, Sorry for the late response. I mount the camera on the tsuki-dare using the GoPro vented mount-strap. I will be doing a demonstration video soon on how to mount the camera. Cheers!

Awesome video; I work in the film industry and have seen alot of kendo/kumdo videos on youtube, and that's probably one of the best shots I've seen. Makes me want to run out and get a gopro:)

Kirikaeshi is used for training, it is not child's play. Search for tournaments or keiko to see matches.
