Just finished watching the race Cam, awesome effort. Being able to catch back up to the chase group and pull off a good sprint after such a fast race really is incredible. I know 5th place is disappointing but you rode well and I’m sure everyone’s proud of you, way to go champ!

Good luck!! This American of Scottish ancestry (grandparents from Aberdeen) will be cheering you on! Was it just one dismount? I'm old enough to remember the outcry when the UCI limited it to 4 dismounts per lap. I like fast racing and I realize weather can be a factor in determining how much running there will be, but they gotta get you guys off the bike more!!

In Cross terms its a bit of a motorway course... Deff one you don't want to puncture on at the wrong time. Climb could get very testy toward the end as well .. Massive diff to the test event underfoot.
