I am telling you . These workers are true hero's. Keeping communities clean, safe and free from disease. They make it look soo easy but it is nothing else than super heros abilities to do this 10 to 12 hours a day. For an example to know what it is like. Go to gym work. Out of 12 hours on treadmill. Cardio, while picking up 40 to 90 pound weights at the same time over and over again 1500 time repetitions. If someone has weight issues or someone wants to build themselves super athletic. Join them for few hours. Within a month, you will feel like a an Olympian. Strange phenomenon is our bodies are designed in a way that once put in adverse over demanding conditions, they pain, hurt but if one keeps going the physical self comes back twice as prepared.
