Adjusting contrast and using multiple layers in Capture One adding black and adjusting saturation. There are lots of ways to do it. I'm not a pro in editing pictures - a 'photoshop-guru' can possible make it look even nicer.

At 7:03 you have a wireless transmitter does that send the images straight to your phone or laptop?

It transmit the pictures directly to Getty Images ftp server (via my 4G modem) and clients can download pictures after 30 seconds.

Hi Lars, thanks for video . Quick question , I see you are uploading to Getty server during game . Have you already set IPTC in camera or do you have picture desk doing the captioning during game ? Cheers

We set a standard-IPTC in the camera with basic information about the game. During halftime and after the match we put the names on the pictures or upload new versions with full caption. No help from picture desk - and that is ok..:-)

Love your videos Lars! Your work gives a push to keep on going. And especially now, as we can't really go out and photograph. You've probably answered that question before, so maybe you can point me in the right direction - I wonder how you manage to get the best out of Nikon AF system in such dynamic environment. I'm trying hard but still have an impression it could be better (I have to note, that my camera is few generations behind, d700 to be precise). Wish you all the best, much love and respect!

Thanks - since May last year, where the footage was made, I've changed to Sony. Just got to use it for six weeks before the shutdown. The last two years with my D5 i did use the 3D AF which I think worked fine. But at the end of the day...no matter how good the AF is, it's a matter of shooting as much as possible, as many games as possible to improve and to get the experience. And especially in the beginning to learn from mistakes. Hope this is answer enough. Take care. /Lars

This is so awesome. I know it's a lot to ask, but i'd love to know such thigs as the f stop on some of the photos. I've never shot sports and am very curious as to what settings you typically aim to shoot at

Thanks - I prefer to shoot at f-stop 2,8 always. Shutter no less than 1/1600, to freeze the action - prefer manually settings (except the focus :-) so I can control as much as possible.

I don’t know the D500. A 400 has a nice distance from the touchline to the goal - not to close, not too far away. Thanks for watching.
