Don't forget the gopro effect. If it looks steep on camera, in reality it's much steeper.

gopros make things on the edges look more steep but things in the middle less steep. So the side of the mountain might not be as steep as it looks there the front where he is riding probably is a lot steeper than it looks here yeah.

I can’t figure out when the video is sped up or slowed down precisely compared to the original footage. Personally I prefer to see the original footage even though the team shows the perception to lead us see the fact back to that time?

its the original footage. It looks different on the gopro. Gopros make the skiing look slower or faster and less steep.

The footage is at normal speed. There are very clearly a couple of shots that are slo-mo'd when he rides a couple of drops, but the rest of the video is standard.

I also hate 90% of the slow motion in snowboarding videos as it makes it harder to relate to. When I go off a jump time doesn't slow down for me, and when I see someone else go off a jump I'd much rather see it in real time.
