My skull was my reward for winning the marathon world championships in 2010, my triangle on my hand reminds me to keep moving forward and make progress, and my turtle/Pura Vida tattoo on my leg is a reminder of my amazing time in Costa Rica. New tattoos - mountains on my arm & VV on my wrist because I didn't know what I wanted until 5 mins before I got them!

Ben to start thing off i just want to say that your vlogs are so awesome and inspirational. As i was watching this one i really understood and realized that life can be so much fun and is different when you just go and explore. I sat here thinking "look how much fun they are having i wish i could do that." Then i realized that i can, i live in southern cali. were we have a beautiful ocean just like south Africa. So now after watching this vlog my eyes were really opened to going out more and going adventuring and to the beach more cause i have the same opportunity's.
