I had a friend who wielded a 12’ Bull Whip, and this is what I never knew? This is a very deadly weapon, if you desire it to be! I witnessed it with my own eyes, he cut into a Bulls back like a razor! The one thing I never would want put on me is a person who is a professional with a Bull Whip. This is a very dangerous weapon if you choose it to be!

Someone Alex about some off the tip of the whip..... And yes the speed the tip is traveling causes compression of the air 900 mph plus .... compression that is higher than a diesel engine in a small localized area so yes sometimes the tip of the whip will smoke starting an ember on the end ..... But usually the tip is desintegrating basically exploding

Now I have a question, during the scene 1:30 and 1:35. I noticed smoke on the grass to the left. Was the whip traveling fast enough to begin igniting that grass? HCG Kyle Those whips are specialized for that purpose though. You may or may not have responded to a comment like that though. But yeah, Adam is awesome. His stage name when he performs at the Rennaisance Festival here in Texas is Adam Crack and /BOY/ can he put on a good show. But yeah, those two whips are his specialized Fire Whips. They're actually pretty fantastic to watch Live.

When a man conect a camera at the end of the fighting stick (i dont know how its called in english) and make a video that now is on official chanel it is normal. When a man conect a camera at the end of his trumplet it is normal as well. But when some guy has an idea to conect camera at whip - it is stupid. I know that it will be moving many times worst, but anyway it will be intetesting to see. If i am dumb then you must have at least one fact that proves it. If not than your words doesnt cost any penny (or cent). If people didnt have ideas in their heads there wasnt any progress and humanity would stay in caves in 21 century. I have never had a chance to see what whip is and why is idea of conecting camera on it makes you so cad. You could tell me whats wrong with it, but no: some man make something bad to you and it became reason why you decided to take a revenge on somebody in web. Yeeeeaahhhh this is how people do in nowadays. Prove me that you have brain in your head and tell me like a normal and adequate person what is wrong with that idea.

JustTony it's stupid because the end of a whip travels at the speed of sound and there would be no way to keep the gopro attached. Also the footage would be horrible. But more importantly, the whip wouldnt even function with a gopro on the end of it. After reading your second comment i think what you meant to say was to attach the gopro to the handle of the whip.. that would make a lot more sense. sorry to get your panties in a bunch...

im planning on getting myself a gopro hero 3+ silver or the 4 silver and I want to buy them. But the thing that is always a mystery to me is that sony also has an action cam called the as100v and most comparisons seem to show that the sony camera is better in quality. It is half the price and has intergrated image stabalization. Im starting to doubt gopro and to me it seems like an apple product in that you are buying it for the name. can someone help me?

depends what your going to use it for. go pro has a lot more versatile mounts you can use for putting on helmets and bikes and such and it has an advantage because it is smaller than the virb, i dont know about the sony one. Also the gopro has a better underwater case where you dont have to buy a dive case unless your actually diving pretty deep depths.
