GoPro Ski: Chasing El Niño with Chris Benchetler - Ep. 3 "The Meltdown"

A wave of warm weather disrupts Chris Benchetler's plans for a heli-skiing trip in British Columbia for Episode 3. Taking advantage of the world class warm-weather skiing offered in the Sierra Nevada, Chris invites long-time friends, Bryan Fox and Scotty Smith, to a backcountry camping adventure.
Benchetler's crew and their love for the mountains shines through in this episode as they get creative building jumps over their campsite - making the most of the conditions. Skiing is all about having fun with your friends and exploring the world, as perfectly captured in this episode.

Chasing el Nino has been my absolute favourite series on GoPro lately. I was excited for every new episode that has been uploaded yet. Its not only edited in a great way, its the footage between the ski & snowboard sessions which is so entertaining and fun. Hope this wasnt the last episode and there is more soon

I ought to learn biochemistry, but from time to time there is a need for a pause. I usually spend the time watching some youtube videos... starting with one and ending an hour later still feeling somehow unsatisfied. Such a dream life. I mean i live in switzerland, dream mountains here but i live north of switzerland, almost no powder here. Theres just a little lift in my town but it was open for only 8 days due to no snow. I miss winter so bad and the 2 times i went skiing this year the snow was so hard and only powder for about 2 days.

You dont need the best skis. Regular ones will do (and those are cheaper than the computer your using right now so stop complaining), you dont need snowmobiles at all and you dont need any gopros to have fun.
